A Friday Catch Up

Lately, I’ve really been enjoying talking about more than just fashion. Of course, fashion is going no where and is an integral part of my day to day life and of course the foundation of this blog. However, I have also found writing about my life and more personal posts more fun too. I’m a rather private person and probably won’t be writing about anything too personal, mainly because I just don’t want to but I want to write more ‘thought pieces’, or at least that’s the name I’m giving them. Posts on my day or about thoughts I’ve had recently. Those are some of my favourite things to read about so I want to incorporate that in to my blog.

So let’s have a little catch up, I hope you’ve all been well! Today I had a somewhat impromptu exercise class. My housemate Beth invited me to her pole dancing class and I thought why not? I love trying new things and have missed exercising so much since moving. I used to do a boxing and a yoga class, both of which I loved and found so motivating. Today’s pole class was so much fun and such a great workout. I learnt a beginners routine and even managed to let go of the pole and hold on with just my legs! I’m paying for that now with major aches and pains but it was worth it. I will definitely be going again and will keep you updated on my progress!

Tomorrow I have a very exciting day! I can’t say too much about it at the moment until I officially announce it on the blog in a weeks time but I’m travelling to London tomorrow for a very exciting shoot! More on that to come…

On Sunday I’m going to Arundel for the first time armed with my 35mm camera. I can’t wait to explore a new town and take lots of photos. It’s really the perfect day for me. Hopefully you’ve seen last weeks post about my walk around Brighton where I took some photos on a crisp winter day. I loved that so much and can’t wait to do it in a new place. The photos will of course be posted on here in the coming weeks.

So there’s lots to look forward to! What a great start to 2019. Have a great weekend everyone and speak soon!

Thanks to Hannah Ivy for taking these photos
