What I wore in France

I’m now sitting in my flat in Brighton, looking out my window to the sea, on a gorgeous sunny day and it’s about 24 degrees. You’d be forgiven for thinking I’m still on holiday with a description like that but unfortunately I am not. This time two weeks ago however, I was in the South of France in the Midi-Pyrenees area in a small town called Condom… no that’s not a joke. For the first time in a years, my family and I actually spent a lot of our holiday relaxing! In previous years we’ve always been very busy, visiting towns etc.

As with most holidays, you don’t realise how much you really need one until you’re sat on a sun lounger, overlooking a pool with a beer in your hand. Just taking time to actually switch off and relax was exactly what I needed. Of course though, I tried my very best to document my outfits for you all, so here is what I wore in France.

Outfit One

This jumpsuit has become a firm staple piece in my wardrobe – it’s easy, stylish and cool.

Jumpsuit

Outfit Two

Next up, we had a family themed French night. We all had to dress up in a ‘French style’. From Alan Prost to Marie Curie. I however went as someone attending Paris Fashion Week, my version of fancy dress, emphasis on the fancy.

Shirt Dress

Blazer

Heels

Outfit Three

Same dress, styled differently. This dress was a bit of a saviour on this holiday. Made from breathable linen which is also light, I always felt comfortable and cool.

Outfit Four

This wasn’t the only bikini I wore this holiday but it was the only new one and the only one I managed to get photos wearing. Very comfortable and flattering. Love this colour.

Bikini Bottoms

Outfit Five

An outfit fit for home & away. This denim and tee combo is so cool and casual.

Outfit Six

No make up needed, the outfit speaks for itself. My new favourite accessory? A 35mm film camera.
